Life IS good!

That hermit crab was ginormous. We came upon a huge cloud of silt and for a moment I thought we might have found our first manatee of the season. So we followed the cloud and here he was lumbering along. Didn't even see the anemone. That's so cool!

"This anemone is mine and no one can take it away from me!"

Fun dive last night at the bridge. Water was nice and clear and not too chilly. Found some big flounder, octopus, batfish ect. Have fun anyone who is heading down tonight!

Rain is over...5.25 inches here. Hope it doesn't screw up the viz at the bridge tommorrow.
This "bridge ogre" is diving tomorrow come hell or high water.

Saw my 1st Manatee of the season. It swam right up to me within 1 ft !! If I didn't have my camera I could have touched it. If I didn't have my macro on I would have photo proof. I must go on a diet in case it had poor eyesight & thought I was another manatee-I am wearing a 5mm!

It was a great day to dive the bridge today...temp between 77-79 with viz between 20-35 and a little "milk":D

Saw a few longsnout seahorses, spotted and sharptail eels and eagle rays off in the distance.

I would have stayed longer but after 98 minutes I was getting task loaded just handling my flag...cooler water and I don't seem to get along anymore.
