Just got back from Coz last week, we didn't nearly make a dent in the old restaurant list as we usually do, because we took full advantage of Blue Angel's breakfast and lunch included on dive days.
We did, however, venture one late afternoon to Le Chef for a late lunch/early dinner and had the most amazing appetizer...fried brie with toasted baquette slices and fruit. The French sure know thier way around food!!! This dish with a glass of red wine would make a wonderful snack as well.
For the main course, I had their veggie pizza and my wife had the shrimp pizza. I don't eat shrimp, but she said it was excellent, the veggie pizza was piled high with about every vegetable available on the island!! all on top of a thin, firm & crusty crust...my wife says Le Chef is her new favorite restaurant on the island. I personally still have a hard time narrowing it down to one, but Le Chef is definatly at the top!
