Me at 255:

At 195, about a year later and a year ago. Never mind what CD I'm holding, it's very not scuba related. The bike is the key to my success.

Great shots everybody!
(let's keep this on topic please!)

Congrats every one!

I've found a couple of photos of me, tonight when I get home I will upload them!

You guys are great!

MG & Neil, amazing! Great work... I can't believe how much younger everyone looks. I had no idea how much weight aged people.

Weight ages people just as much as age weights people down

The thing is, you have to change your perspective.

I lot of people find comfort in food.
Once you start to train and see results,
food actually becomes an obsticle to the comforts
of climbing mountains with exaustion, biking
100KM and feeling fine the next day, hiking
up the metro station faster than any escalator,
going 90 minutes on a 63CU/FT and stopping
to find your pulse at 55 on a relaxing night dive.

I could go on for ages... And put a lot of weight
on my argument :)

Neil, nice job! Sure is great to hear
the wind wistle in your ears than in your nose, now
isnt it? :D

yay for Bikes!!!

you don't need a picture, but I have junk in my trunk. The bike is zapping it fast.

OK, Here are mine. I couldn't find something from last year, so the picture is a bit older, but very reflective of my previous state. I started my weight loss at almost 260 pounds, and started the challenge March 02, 2006 at 250. I have been as low as 214, and I am currently sitting around 218 with the hopes of getting through the winter and dropping down to close to 200. So, 10 months in, there have been some big changes...
