Whoo Hoo WTG!

Wow! What great results. It's nice to see some guy pics in this thread :eyebrow:

Almity - Nice to see you showing off that cute hubby of yours. I envy you having a life partner and dive buddy all in one  .

MG - your results are amazing :11: . I want to add some light weight training myself but I don't want to gain weight even though I know the extra muscle will help me burn more fat.

DV, this is easy.

Simply do full extentions of all exercises and do 12-18 reps of your
exercises.

Doing higher reps will build lean "cardio" muscle vs the bulky
and WWF looking "torque" muscle.

Also, doing full extentions, i.e. doing your exercise where you
always use your muscle at it's longest lenght, will
also build tone, sexy muscle without the steroid look.

Also, drop all refined sugar, soft drinks, etc and drop all
salt.

What people do not realyse is that, in most cases, 30%
of their over weight is water retention for various
internal chemistry reasons.

But one thing is for sure, DO IT!

Do not be scared of building muscle as any trainer
will flip you 180 at any point. Do not be scared
of loosing all taste in your food as soon, a snikers bar
will take like sugar acid. Do not be scared of anything, just do
it knowing that the results will speak... No, scream by themselves...

Just DO IT!

It will change your life.
For real.
