Avid 3 Sizing Issue

Will be buying an Avid 3 BCD online since did not find any LSD that with then in stock near me. The question is regarding what is the correct size for my boy configuration:

6'1"
50" chest
38" waist

also Iam loosing some pounds, so the waist will be more a 36 soon but Iam big at shouders an do not expect to go under, say 46-48 on chest.

Lookin at the Sherwood chart I am on the XL or XXL range. Dont know adjustments capabilities of this BCD. Your expert opinion will be valuable for me.

Will this be strictly for warm water use or do you need to consider some layers past your new trim self? This alone can easilly mean a size difference.

It will be just for warm water only. I use a 3/2 Wet suit or no suit at all.
