Has anyone dove Lake Whitney lately? We are thinking of taking a Rescue class and an AOW class there this coming weekend. I can't get in touch with anyone at Scuba Point in Loafers Bend. Wondering about the visibility and water temps.

We went to Lake Whitney for a deep dive about three weeks ago. Visibility was about 1 foot down to about 40 feet then it opened up to about 5 foot....maybe. Temp was 76 degrees. I am sure it has warmed up since then. I was in a two piece 3mm with a beanie and I was fine.
