PSI/ PCI does not produce any codes. They just teach.
BTW, I have talked to Mark Gresham many times and in the past I have consulted for them. About 12 years ago I provided a lot of analysis and calculations for them.
I know Mark and I have talked about the reducers not being an issue (if they are proper pressure rating), but that conversation was many years ago. I don't remember the details of the conversation. I could not find any mention of bushings/ reducers in the 5th edition of the PSI book. I see him every year at Boston Sea Rovers, so I will suggest to mention them in his website an any future edition of the book.
