Up for sale is a pristine freshly rebuilt Aqualung solid bar single center post manifold, original OEM Aqualung full service kit installed - works flawlessly. The J valve also works perfect.
Comes with original bands. These have rubber pads that must go under the bands to achieve the proper fit. The bands have cutouts where a 1" strap harness would have attached. The top band also has a J Rod clip/holder on it.
This was probably originally set up on military or commercial aluminum 100's, but I had them set up on steel 72's which they fit exactly perfect. The manifold is on 8-1/4" centers.
The aluminums would have been 7-1/4" diameter but the gap in between the tanks would have been smaller so the flat bracket on the bands in between the tanks would not have pulled in as far as 72's (6.9" dia.) allowing for more diameter measurement. That's how they will work for both.
I used this setup once shore diving and I didn't care for it, I think I will stick to single 120's and 130's. The doubles were just a bit much for me to handle in shallow water doing urchin removal.
I figure instead of it sitting on a shelf someone may enjoy using it.
This manifold is really designed for use with a double hose because of the downward post.
I'm looking for $75 plus shipping.
I'm converting the proceeds from this sale into more urchin removal gear for our team.
You can PM me here then I will give you a cell number to complete the deal.
Thanks
Eric
