Need to service my AL Titan 1st stage. Reviewed the AL service manual and concluded I probably need the AL Extraction Tool (to remove the HP crown). Looked on Scuba Tools, but no joy. Anyone know of a source for this tool (or a reasonable substitute)?
 
Endorse the soft wood disposable chopsticks approach. Use the sharper end.

Available "free" with a meal from your local Chinese/Japanese takeaway restaurant.
 
This blunt straight pick from Scuba Tools will fit the bill. It comes individually or in a set with curved/sharp picks. O'ring Pick, Straight Blunt, Blue Plastic Handle

As others said above, any soft rod of wood or plastic of the appropriate diameter will push the HP orifice out, along with those second stage removable orifices.

For those real nerds who happen to have some 1/4" delrin and the appropriately sized steel rod, you can make this:
