I'm a Fish!
I just bought a new 3mm Vest w/o hood. I was wondering how much weight to add my usual weight. It is an XXL henderson 3mm Gold Core Vest w/o hood.

I am guessing adding around 3 to 4 lbs. to start and adjust from there ?

Will be diving with it first time this weekend and was hoping I can get some advise on where to start.

Any inputs would be much appreciated.
