No such thing as cold; just wearing the wrong clothes
That is true, but dressing like the Michelin Man doesn't make great mobility.

I am looking at Fortress clothing for a thin, warm layer. I need to avoid bulk.

Heated vests are great. If you get cold, turn them on, warm up, turn them off when warm.

15.5C/60F isn't that cold. What's the 6m/20ft and 100m/330ft temperatures?

50-55 F

Moderate thickness undersuit with the heated vest. Most of the dive will be shallower and warmer. Bottom phase will be busy and you'll still have the surface warmth

My Northern Diver neo is considerably heavier then my Seaskin Nova, the SS is loaded with all the bells and whistles.
