re the title...I think it's a reminder to MOVE at least 30 minutes a day, not necessarily do a serious workout 7 days a week. That's how I take this thread...impetuous to keep active instead of becoming a sloth

wasn't in it. Still managed 40 minutes, 2.27 miles and 351 calories, so not too shabby, but still.....
