re the title...I think it's a reminder to MOVE at least 30 minutes a day, not necessarily do a serious workout 7 days a week. That's how I take this thread...impetuous to keep active instead of becoming a sloth :D
 
Well, first night back in a long while. 37 minutes and 2.02 miles and something like 300 calories. Felt good to be back at the gym and working on my goal again. I now need to get back into the habit so that my body craves it. :D It's a start!

this morning was 6.15am training. i was going to avoid the hot choc from the cafe across the road but ive has such a crap day ive jsut frogmarched over there to get one - im such a emotional eater :(

now.... trainer is asking all members to book their sessions for spring/summer.

im booked for Mon & Wed 6.15am but thinking i should add Thur 6.15am kickboxinig.... should i??

hmmm - all i have to do is press the send button and im committed (well im being charged so thats committment!)
 
Almity - you should if you feel you can and would. If you wouldn't and it would just serve to bother you that you weren't making the third class then perhaps you should not. I really 'beat myself up' when I over-commit myself in advance and then don't follow through. You might be different though.

No exercise for me today. At work past the gym's closure. Am feeling like I need some motivation! :(
 
Just did heavy weight lifting. No diving tomorrow, guess my 250th dive is gonna have to wait. :(
 
Still in need of motivation!

Went to gym but :heart: wasn't in it. Still managed 40 minutes, 2.27 miles and 351 calories, so not too shabby, but still.....

Roy: congrats on dive #250!
 
whats happening Sarita... you need a goal... Christmas is coming up - what are you going to wear to a christmas part???

me? today was the start of my 6.15am thursday morning kickboxing.... i was pooped!

i already have the dress i would like to wear - now to make it fit!
 
That's awesome Almity! Keep up the good work - I am super-in-awe of your ability to get up at that time of day! As for me ... I need to think about a goal .... good suggestion!
 
Just got myself hooked up with a doggie walking group. Meets up at local park to take our dogs to pup friendly parks. Should be fun for me and my baby.

actually ive heard greyhands can be quite lazy... any truth to that??

ok, i had a lazy weekend at work but monday 6am i was at training and today again at 6.15am training.... and im booked in for tomorrow 6am kickboxing :shocked:

winter is finally over - i need to fit into my wetsuit!
