I like compressions shorts becuase I feel more "together" when I workout. I wear them under my shorts. I have also invested in a lot of the coolmax wear, great breathable workout gear. I am excited to do my fitness update in another 2 weeks. I just know I am going to see a dramatic change. I am down 9 pounds in 2 weeks of training already. Yesterday I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes after 30 minutes doing a leg workout with my trainer and I was able to run another 5 minutes without stopping. My heart rate is still up there but I am recovering a lot faster in between sets and treadmill work.
