I like compressions shorts becuase I feel more "together" when I workout. I wear them under my shorts. I have also invested in a lot of the coolmax wear, great breathable workout gear. I am excited to do my fitness update in another 2 weeks. I just know I am going to see a dramatic change. I am down 9 pounds in 2 weeks of training already. Yesterday I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes after 30 minutes doing a leg workout with my trainer and I was able to run another 5 minutes without stopping. My heart rate is still up there but I am recovering a lot faster in between sets and treadmill work.

I'm back in the Burg!

So the work-out regime is in the toilet...to be quite frank.
But I'm still making healthy food choices...when I manage to eat. Still hovering around the "new" weight....and when I put on "THE DRESS" on Thursday last week, it still fit, so I Think I'm in good shape.
Some extra crunches for the next couple months and i might be able to breathe AND eat on the "Big Day"!

yesterday was 6.15am cardio.... a person my size shouldnt be going up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down hills!!!

today i will be doing alot of running around at lunchtime so will be parking as far away as possible ect :D
 
Darilyn Ducky, just keep watching the portions, and exercise when you can. No biggie! Enjoy the wedding dress!

yesterday was a very very very stressful day at work so blahhhh

but today is a NEW DAY so 6.15am workout session AND im signing up for the next fat chick focus group the trainer will be starting in 2 weeks time... hmmmmm, about the same time im going to start 6 weeks of boot camp :shocked:

Getting ready to head out on holidays!! 9 more days til I leave. I can't wait.

I really do need to hit the treadmill on incline as we have no hills here and my first stop is San Francisco where we'll be walking most of the time!
 
I did my 30 minute cardio on the treadmill today and selected the 1.5 incline. I needed to start adding that to my workout. I could feel my shins getting a good workout. I can't stand it when my shins hurt.
Gosh Alcina, San Francisco! Definitely hit the incline button! That's nothing but hills. Good luck and HAVE FUN on Holiday!!!!:dance_2:

we had a massive taste testing episode here in the office and that night was a lecture at sydney aquarium so i was the freak with a bag of chocolate in her handbag

it was goooddd though
