We had rainy and cold last week and it's glorious now. Have a look at my blog for how crappy it was. We think the road from the south is finally reopened today, but we'll just have to wait to see if that's true or if it's wishful thinking!
 
Today started with a bunch of computer work.

Then I did a 45 minute Spin Class with a speed demon as the instructor. I messed up though. A guy who is 15 years my junior and who weighs 50 pounds less couldn't finish the class. That I was still going, and keeping time to the beat, wounded him :(

Finished up with some back extensions and crunches.

The scale says that I'm frozen at about 11 pounds lighter than I was 5 weeks ago.

Now back to the computer to restore the stress I burned off :(
 
3 personal training sessions in 3 days... i dont want to go outside and walk today!!!!

boy im hurting and i think tomorrow im going to hurt worst

but the womans focus group with my trainer is booked! 1st session will be 2hrs long and on his email he says there "WILL BE RESULTS!" :shocked:

a boot up the bum... just what i need!!!
 
i blame john... hes a bad influence!!!! :D

im claiming my diving for both sat and sunday for me... lots of walking in full gear!

this morning was 6.15am cardio session... and I RAN!!

well its more of a shuffle and it was down hill but it was faster than my walking ;)

bring on tomorrow session!!
 
I did go back Friday...felt good...thoroughly had my butt kicked.

Going back again tonight...should be a good session...
 
Wow- I wish I had scenery like that on my walks! The last few days all you'd see in them would be rain, though...

I'm back home now so I can actually stick to a plan. I started up yesterday with the Crunch Abs work out (about an hour- maybe 45) and today I did a 25 minute walk with the pup and then did Kathy Smith's Life Weights to Lose Weight 2- but just the lower body. Upper body tomorrow.

I like to get up early, too. There's something about the morning that's just... quiet, I guess. But I've been getting up ridiculously early- yesterday I got up at 4 am and again today. I made myself stay in bed until 5:30. Then, after my exercise, I laid down again for about an hour- didn't actually start to fall asleep until it was time to get up! Grrr!

I don't know what's up with that- I was on Mountain time until I got home on Thursday. It should be the other way around!
 
nothing this morning but i have my 5.30 work training tonight.... its cardio.. im already hurting at the thought of it!
 
After vacation and catching a bug last week, I finally got my rearend in gear and back at the gym. Wasn't that big of a struggle, which was surprising. I :heart: the after feeling. Time for me to kick it into high gear and really be more dedicated though.
