so i had a bit of a lazy week after last wed but saturday i was on my feet all day going up and down Bunnings aisles talking to people that buy our products (think walmart)

sunday i cleaned the house like a banshee so claiming this as my exercise

this morning was kickboxing....... i still suck but i think my situps are getting better!!
 
Wow, I have been so lazy lately! I've been so busy with work and school lately that I've only been working out like 2 days per week. Summer is coming, so it is time to get back on the wagon! I did 45 min of cardio today.
 
I did 1.5 hours of cardio/strength training today
 
started work fitness camp tonight... 1hr fitness assement and im pooped!!!!

im also signed up with my trainer for a womans focus group... to reassess my goals and have 8 weeks of weighins and being accountable... really something i need!!!
 
Heya, ok, so I am finally starting to exercise again.. got Dr. ok! Yippee! Wait, I almost forgot I hate sweating! Oh well. The town I now live in is starting a Women's Softball league, and I LOVE softball. Dr. gave me ok, so I'm doing it. Goal - lose 50 pounds, and stop huffing when I climb my house stairs! Who knows, it ight even make beach diving a possibility again!

me... well this morning was 1hr resistance bands... i was sweating more that last night!

oh, and last night was first session of corportate fitness... i felt like throwing up!!!

but done!
 
:blinking: Hi Almity! I walked for 30 minutes... not too much sweat, but more than there's been in a while... HEE HEE! :D

no throwing up... that usually means not enough hydration and pushing yourself too hard! Remember, when getting a baseline, lower is better. It makes your final numbers look even more spectacular! :rofl3:
 
OK, bad about posting but the girls and I are getting in at least one 30+ minute walk most every day. Several days a week we are doing two a day. And I'm trying to get at least one extra 10 minute walk in there somewhere. This morning we had a great 40 minute romp.

Saturday and Sunday were no long walkies, but two dives each day and Saturday's was so much work that I'm counting that LOL
