Whoo hoo! Tomorrow dive day, finally getting back into what I love most. Also did a 65 minutes cardio and some weight training, plus, didn't have any Christmas dinner so that means for me is NO WEIGHT GAIN! :yeahbaby: There was several Christmas parties, but I just didn't fancy myself into eating anything there. :no

Hope everybody had a wonderful Christmas, I sure did even though I don't have much of a family nor present, but hey, I don't wanna look like Davy Jones on my avatars! Thats why he is there to remind me not to get in false love and corrupt my purpose in life. Hope everybody is doing great and :hugs: for everybody :)

Tae Bo is a lot of fun, and it is a great workout as well.

Thanks for the info, I tried some of the work outs on the internet - wow they are tough!! I had trouble keeping up...:shakehead:

Going to get a DVD, so the sound and picture are better, but I love the idea of it...!

It probably also helps if it's crappy outside and have to revert to doing something indoors.

I badly pulled a hip flexor about two weeks ago and haven't been able to do much other than walk the dogs. But today, I finally felt healed back up to try exercising again and so did three miles. And it couldn't have come at a better time (i.e. after Christmas). Jiminy crickets, it's amazing how your body turns into a pile of mush in such a short time.

believe it or not.. i lost weight!!!! must have been the fact that the island i was on was sooooo remote that to get chocolate i had to boat for 45mins and then car for 40mins to find the nearest shop ;)

2008 is gonna be THE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now... if only the monitor would stop rocking like im on a boat :D

I'm like you, I usually go backwards on the scale when I'm on vacation too. It's prolly cause we're running around actually enjoying ourselves for a change. (and man, am I ever jealous! Vanuatu!!!)

Up to 4 miles a day now, but that may change cause we have a cold front moving in. Why, the high on Tuesday is only supposed to be 67 degrees. I may have to break out a long sleeve shirt. What's a Floridian supposed to do with weather like that????? ;)
