Haven't posted here in a while. A dog is a WONDERFUL incentive to get exercise. Charlie wakes me up before the alarm. Have been taking him on the bike...me biking, him running alongside the past week. This morning I decided to walk and jog, THEN on the bike. I feel great!!!

Did 40 minute exercise and 30 minutes weight training at Koret gym.

Very nice RoyN...

I did two miles running/jogging on the treadmill....need to add in something next week. But i have only to work with what i have at home. I need to be creative.

28/11/07 (Friday): Rest Day

Wasn't suppose to be, but the dogs kept me awake last night, and I woke up 45mins too late! Eek!!

Will go for a run tomorrow (Sat)!

Ha Ha ha Rich. The dog woke me a 4:00 AM ready to rock n roll, when in the past its been closer to 5:30 or so. Grrrhhhh... You have any idea how hard it is to sleep when the dog checks on you every 30 seconds?
I finally got up and took him for a fast bike ride. Gonna wear the pup out. Yeah Right. It must be a full moon or something cause he was just as wild after the ride as he was before! But I got a work out! LOL

Did the same usual as yesterday today. Tomorrow gonna go diving and test my DIR-wannabe reel. :D

Did 2 dives today practicing the reel today. Also the new camera isn't working either so nothing new.

As of this morning - halfway to my weight loss goal :chicken: Next short term goal - to move into the "normal" weight/bmi range.

Unfortunately, I'm about to head out on the road again. :scared:

So far, I've managed the three trips (and Thanksgiving) without slipping - but the mandatory eating somewhere other than where I can control what I eat is always a challenge.

claiming housework as the weekends exercise but 6am this morning was back in the park for cardio

boxing and running and boxing and abs and boxing and situps and boxing and pushups and boxinig and .... well i forget after that!

im sure i will feel it soon.... when i try to stand up ;)
