Hi guys. I have been working out, but I've been too busy to 'log in' because I've got final exams coming up this week:shakehead:. Today I did an hour on the treadmill, and watched the Victoria's Secret fashion show :D I will never look like those girls, but it's great inspiration that only comes around once a year! Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on CBS - Home Miranda Kerr is my favorite:lotsalove:!
 
I have a new goal of running a 5K in February. It is the same one that I ran last year. That means in order to run it, I need to be training with much more intensity than previous. This morning I jogged about a mile. It has been months and months since the last time I have jogged that far.
I got on the scale yesterday and was unfortunately not surprised with how much weight I have gained. All that work.....well.. I have always said, fast on, fast off. I hope that theory still works! LOL.
 
yesterday I ran 2 miles, worked abs and swam for 20 minutes. today is a day of rest and I will do it again tomorrow.

Hi there,

I have been working out at least 5 times a week. I feel like a Turkey though since Thanksgiving. I am sick of stuffing myself with all the junk. It has been a junk fest since Halloween. Last night I was sick of the lingering candy from Halloween that I just dumped most of the junk food in my house. I am the only one who loves junk food in the house.

My commitment is to eat healthy, exercise and detox before the New Year!

Not so fast aubie85..:D..a storm is pounding my coast and that may put my diving time on hold at the moment....:shakehead:...but in the mean time, I'll try and lose some more weight. :D

Anyways, did some minutes working out weights. Its cold outside so I'll just stay in the house.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that:shakehead: If it makes you feel a little better, it is 13 degrees F, and there is 6 inches of snow on the ground where I am.
