Bummer on the weather. We had a "cold" front move in on Tuesday night. But it's gone now.
Rode the bike this morning. Went shopping last night at the mall, and with all the walking, it has to account for something! :)

I did 45min on the treadmill and 30 min on the stair mill. I decided to try the 'stair mill' that thing is so wierd, it's similar to an escalator. Great workout though, I was sweating like a pig if that accounts for anything :D

Did 60 minutes cardio and weight training today. :yeahbaby: Now I feel a little more refresh, but got my final test tomorrow, but that shouldn't be a pain. :D

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm so first dive back in the wetsuit since i got the drysuit.... hmmmm - did it seem a bit squeezy, unlike this time last year!!!

yikes...... back to cardio training tomorrow, 6am

but claiming this weekends diving as my exercise, hiking up and day the hill and stairs and 90min dives :multi:

oh, and today started a-new my programm..... feeling incrediably weak but so far staying strong,... but drinking ALOT of fresh home made juices

HI all!
John headed back to the crappy sandbox on Saturday...so the diet and the workouts start again bright and early tomorrow morning!

only gained 5 pounds while he was home though...so that was good to know ;)

the thing with my training is that i never know what to expect! so i showed up this morning at 6am, expecting some skipping and jogging and hills and general cardio... and he announces it running day!!!!!!

ugghhh - well my version of running which is really a quick step powerwalk up and down hills and thru the park and come back so you can do it again PLUS step ups onto logs and lunges and star jumps and more lunges and some more running and aghhhhhhhhhhhhh

i feel so sorry for the fast runners in the group as they have to keep going until the last one (ie, ME) finishes

so another day done..... wonder if i will be able to walk later

I did 2 strange dive yesterday and today I'm fasting because it is 2nd Sunday of Advent and I feel like doing nothing at the moment. :11:

OOHHH...
way cool...and I almost forgot.

Did a "try scuba" with John before he left in a pool while some students were practicing for their check-out...does that count as cardio? ;)

I was real slack over the weekend (no cardio!) and this morning. I was so determined on Sunday to do 10km and this morning to get up at 6 and do my usual routine, however the alarm was going - but I wasn't! So I've brought my running gear to work and plan to run* home.

* home is less that 200m from work, so I'll be going a slightly longer routine....!

CONGRATS to everyone for keeping going! - Inspirational!

Christmas is fast approaching, so we all need to make sure we keep it up - stay focused! and not put on any weight over the festive period - its so easily done - "one more slice, isn't going to hurt...." I can hear my mother say.....
