I felt *SO* good today on my run this morning, I was even smiling! People must of thought I was completely mad! LOL...
Thanks a bunch for the welcome! Were you on what they call a 'runner's high' maybe? It's good when the endorphins kick in, makes it a little easier to keep going.

I'm happy I did six miles last night plus 45 minutes of strength training. You start the week off right, it makes it easier to stick to the game plan the rest of the week.
Trickster, do you have a heart monitor on while exercising? I'm looking to get a better one. Just wondering.
