spent 2 hrs walking around a shopping centre and then a 4hr session at a day spa :multi:


i was exhausted after the 2 hrs.... must be the reduced calories that have me so tired

great going everyone!!!!!!!!
 
Did one hour cardio, using level 14 and got 1000 calories in an hour. And then did weight training for 20 minutes at the gym. Other then that, nothing special :sad:
 
today i RAN!!!!!

got a call from hubby that he had been in an car accident, about half a mile from where we live :(

he is FINE and not too much damage but boy did i drop everything and GO

as i said to hubby, cars and possesions can be repaired and replaced but our lives and health cannot!!!

a reminder to me about why i want to be healthier!!!

I hope everybody is exercising well and staying in good shape :)

Today just did some cardio and treadmill work. But also did alot of muscle weight and last week on my 3 dive trip to Big Sur, California, I feel overweighted again and horay! :yeahbaby: more less lead weight :D

Also Almitywife, didn't lose my camera and strobe this time! ;) Looks like number 10 is the lucky number since thats how much electronic wares I have invertently destroyed. :shakehead:

I know it's been a while. But here I am!

Visited the new hotel's gym twice this week already...it's a lot nicer than the last one...better cardio equipment and some free weights...so my visits have gone from 45 minutes to nearly 90 minutes with cardio, ab work, and some weights.

One more night here...then off to a hotel with no gym...and then back home!!
 
Did some heavy weight training yesterday. Is anybody still working out? If not, I'm going to share my spider collection here. :D

Did some cardio and heavy weight lifting. I feel my arms and chest getting larger and harder now! :D
 
I'm still working out...promise.

Mostly cardio and ab work...weights when the hotel has them at their gym.

I've managed to drop 2 dress sizes!!! I went suit shopping yesterday and nearly fell over from shock when I realized I needed to get not only smaller pants, but also a smaller jacket! :D
 
Did cardio today 60 minutes and watched what I was eating too. :D

just back from Tassie and not much exercise but lots of getting in and out of boats and climbing ladders so claiming that
 
Went backpacking for 4 days down in West Virgina (78 miles) and climbed on the 5th day. I slipped on a rappell with a 45 pound pack and fell 22 feet and SMOKED my gloves and hand. My hand is blistered up now. My 14 y/o son SAVED my life for he had me on belay at 150 feet. Lesson 101, dont grap the rope when you fall. It is really a hard reaction to break.
