Yay! Only a couple more hours and then its time for my super three dives! :yeahbaby: And also did a hard work of exercise so I'm healthy again. :D
 
did 40min walk today and feeling very very tired......must be the reduced calories but i managed up and down the hills twice!

I have been back to biking and lifting for the past 2 days. I bought a used wet suit today which I hope will be too big soon. But i got a nearly brand new 7mm with a hood for 150 bucks.

I am going to hammer my fitness this week. I don't care if it feels like i am peeing broken glass. I am diving all of next weekend and will hopefully knock out a bunch of requirements for my AOW.
 
Well, did 3 great dives and the place was beautiful but very advance. :11:

Yesterday I got carried away eating bad but today :(, it looks like I'm overweighted underwater so that may be a good indication that I'm gaining muscle weight and may remove some more lead weights. :)

All in all, not a disaster at all! :)

And today I have filled my log book so I'll give everybody a hug today. :hugs:

im stuck in the office on the wekeend today... trying to get thru all my work so i dont have to be here all long weekend... yes, its a long weekend

no exercise today BUT i refuse to go near the snack machine!!!!

No working out for me yesterday...went out with the girls instead :)

Really should hop in the hotel gym for some cardio tonight, but I'm still feeling sleepy from last night's Fun on the Town in Tampa.......
 
Yesterday was OK...3 x 10+ minute brisk walks and a 35+ minute beach walk with the doggies & friends. Did 6 minutes on the e-machine but my knee and ankle kept giving out so I gave it up for the day...would be too embarrassed if I fell off!

I rode for a full hour and lifted. When She Who Must Be Obeyed gets home I will do it again. She is wanting to drop weight too. She unfortunately does hers by just not eating. She is not fond of griding out hour in the gym, whereas I would happily dedicate myself to being a gym rat.
 
Walked around an amusement park for 3 hours today...and I'm off to knock out some cardio time at the hotel gym...again. How boring. Oh well...gotta do something to kill off all those alcohol and cookie calories from earlier this week. :)
