Did a 90 minute cardio, need to do a makeup for yesterday since I didn't get to do any exercise and did some weight training. Wanna look in shape.
 
G'morning all!
Was inspired by a friend at work, and this morning Charlie (the new puppy) and I walked. In the light rain. I really enjoyed it. I look forward to many years of walks/jogs with Charlie.

only a 30min walk but due to the reduced calaories that was even a struggle up and down the hill!!!!

oh gosh... hes HUGE already and still a pup!!

and the worse thing you can do it teach him that you do daily walks EVERY day... heheheh, because then he is going to pull you out of bed and MAKE you do it!!

He weighs in at about 35-38lbs., and about 21" at the top of the back. Hopefully, he will only grow another couple inches!!!

Sorry I haven't been around much...lots of things going on...little stressed out lately.

but...I've still managed to squeeze in 45 minutes on the treadmill at the hotel gym every day this week and tack on 10/15 minutes of ab work. Last night was hard....wasn't in the mood...and don't think I ate enough to give me the energy...of course, running at 10pm might have something to do with it as well
 
Charlie is a cutie- patootie!! What a fun walking buddy :)

I did 2 x15 minute brisk + 1 x 10 minute brisk + 1 x 40 minute beach walk today. I also did 20 minutes solid on the elliptical.

Slow and steady here...
