Today: quick run in the morning - 24mins.
Sunday: nice run in the warm rising sun - 50mins.
Saturday: didn't do anything of real value!

Roy, you're in SF, no? Congrats on finding your 15th octi! - However is there really that little octopus in the area? Its werid what one diver thinks is rare, next to one, who can't turn around without seeing one! Saying that I've never dived with Seals! hehe

My exercise yesterday (Sun) was diving ........ mmmmmmmm :) Did two nice shore dives with some great people from SB! It was a blast.

On that note - I really need to get back into the gym more regularly and be mindful of my food intake again.

@Rich

I'm not in San Francisco, I'm in Mipitas, thats about south of SF and an hour away. I saw a guy who had a $3000 camera that got stolen by a giant pacific octopus in Monterey before. He tried to pull the camera out of the hole, but the octopus pushed him out. I couldn't stop laughing for the next couple hours. As for seals, I've had close encounters with them almost frequently because they either want attention or mistaken me for a love buddy :11: but its inat certain dive sites where they've gotten used to divers though so probably don't expect them to pull fins or bite you or anything. :shakehead:

Exercise: Did that cardio bicycle and lost 1,100 calories on level 14 in 65 minutes.

agghhhhh - totally unmotivated

this morning i plodded along for only 30mins before giving up and gonig home... followed by a gloria jeans triple hot chocolate in skim milk no marshmellows :l:

todays walk pic..... i realized my lemon tree in the yard is growing like crazy! well actually its my in-laws tree in our yard as they maintain the lemon, mango, mandarin, peaches & fig trees that they planted years ago

That's a lot of lemons! Great pic :)

I didn't take the camera out yesterday at all. I did do a 15+ minute brisk walk, a 40+ minute beach walk and 10 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Sunday I went for my first dive in ages and of course had major ear problems so I was pretty unhappy most of the 60 minutes. There was also a fun current to deal with. But it was great to be underwater. Here's a crappy shot for my photo contribution - you can always tell when I shoot under the weather :(

Managed to find the desire to go to the gym...15 minute intense ab work...an hour of kickboxing.........and the icing on the cake: I managed to pull my hamstring. Oh joy.

Sunday - ran/walked 2 miles
today - nothing...tweaked my knee at work last night and it's a little swollen and painful

Tomorrow - 1 hour workout with a personal trainer :) :) :)

Crappy shot? I'll show you a crappy shot and then you're be cheering to the point where you probably won't even care if you have a bad vis dive or not!

Anyways, did the ball exercise and now my stomach is just aching in pain now and it feels weird.

I live for bad viz :) It's never too dirty to shoot macro :D

Just shy of an hour workout today - 25 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting with a personal trainer. God...I feel like such a weakling in comparison to the weights I used to lift.
