(Because I'm a smart-alec tonight... and making light of the situation...) I hope butt hair was the guy's only "problem" with being glued to the seat. It would really suck to have the nads slip thru and wind up glued too! :eyebrow: :D

No workout today... it was a busy day.
 
Workout for the day - first time in like 3 days. 45m on the treadmill (plus 5 min cooldown), 3.2-3.7 mph, about 2.7 miles in all. About 420 calories.
 
Uhhh...The final exam went haywire....:confused:

Did some exercise and weight training as usual. Since I'm done with the final exam, I guess I'll go do some diving to get the stress out of my body...at least until Fall Semester comes.
 
Dragged myself outa bed this morning. I did not want to go. However, I put on my MP3 player and put one foot infront of the other, and did my 2 mile jog. I need to pace myself and not get back into it too fast, lest I go were I just was. I need to go forward not backward!!

Hi all. Just home from the gym and had, at least in my opinion, an awesome workout! (Sorry to those of you who are struggling but I gotsta do this 'brag'). I really pushed myself on the treadmill - ridding myself of some stress and putting myself back in touch with what is so important to me - ME!

So - 50 minutes on the treadmill. Session 1: 30 min @ 3.0-3.6 mph (3.0 for first 2 min, then up .10 mph ever subsequent minute until 3.6). Incline 3.0 then up to 3.5 for the duration after about 10 minutes. 1.73 miles done, 255 calories. Session 2 (back to back with only a break for some much needed water) - 20 minutes @ 3.6-3.8. Mainly at 3.7 mph at an incline of 3.5 - 5.0. 1 mile mark hit at 16:45 minutes which is getting really close to my goal of a 15 minute mile with incline of 3.5. 1.24 miles, 220 calories. +5 minutes cooldown.

PHEW! Shower time. Looking forward to this weeks check-in although my diet has been absolute CRAP. :) But damn does the exercise make my legs look great!!
 
I refuse to believe that aunt amitywife would run after me with a hunting knife. :blinking:
