had a lazy weekend

sat was diving that was really nice and yesterday was a big bbq for various nephews & niece birthday (and yes - i had cake!!!)

today, 6.15am was cardio session which inc lots of boxing :multi:

i havent been filling out my food diary all week so today i restart this again!
 
Here we go again...back in the saddle.

John's at school for the next 4 weeks and without him around I'll get back on track.

I'm completely exhausted b/c being home alone sucks, but I'm still gonna drag myself to the gym tonight cuz I gotta start somewhere.
 
I know that there are "tricks" to eating at Taco Bell, as there are most places.

Quite a few places have their nutrition information online - my daughter and I printed out the nutrition information for Cold Stone Creamery before we left home, took it with us, and were able to select a treat we could split that fit both our tastes and didn't blow our calorie allotment for the day.

Since I'm regularly required to eat out for work, I spend a lot of time digging out nutrition information online. Sometimes my co-workers who are doing Weight Watchers aren't too happy with me, since they figured what they didn't know wouldn't hurt them. I figure it will hurt me - so I'd rather know and choose (or not) to splurge. Last place we ordered from, virtually everything was 500+ calories - some as high as 1500 (and most of them didn't sound that bad).

today we had bootcamp at my office..... in the rain and the mud!!!

ughhhhh -soaking wet but it was alot of fun :multi:

i do have some pics but it will have to wait a day or so for me to get to them as im at a conference tomorrow

but another day done!!

Ms Darilyn DID go to the gym...I did an hour of cardio and 15 minutes of ab work....and somehow all that working out made my horrible migraine go away last night so that was great!:)

Woke up feeling pretty good today...so I'm going back for a muscle class tonight.
And its supposed to be hot HOT HOT for the rest of the week, so I won't be able to get outside much......good thing the gym is air conditioned ;)
