Things are going in the right direction.....down to 220 (my quack wants me below 200 by the end of August - lbs not kilos), BP was 116 / 73 last time I checked (& it's tax season!), resting heart rate this morning was 57 and did 4.47 miles on the treadmill. I've also integrated some light resistance training.

I haven't felt this good in years.
 
Welcome Brian. Good to hear your progress. Nice on the tread mill. Want to get to that distance sooner than later...
 
I got at least 15lbs you can have.
 
Bonjour All! Tuesday 3/9 - Cycling class. I was so happy that the hubby decided to join me. :) Tomorrow we are off to Washington DC to see my grandmother get a Congressional Medal - so I might get in a run or something, but we'll have to see!
 
Hi there. Where is everyone!?

Wednesday 3/11 - Swam about 1/3 a mile in the hotel pool in DC. Had hoped to get in more time but the water was too heavily clorinated and it was bothering my nose and such. Alas. Today I am going to rest as we just got home from DC and are both pretty exhausted.
 
Tuesday night was yoga. Last night Zumba. Learning dance moves. Yeah. My body just don't shake like that.. though I did try! Tonight was running at the park. 3:1, 5 reps. Forgot my watch so I don't know the stats. Tomorrow is relax and hopefully Sat. morning I get to dive. :cold: Water only 70°!!!
