I have steel tank filled with air 2 years ago. Can not fill it now (lockdown). Safe to use?

How about if it was 10 or 20 years old
Same as my previous post although I did get an old tank that was last filled about 40 years prior and the CO was really high, not because it changed but because it was originally a bad fill.How about if it was 10 or 20 years old?
If it bothers the owner then take it to a shop for a vis (and maybe a hydro) then get it refilled before using it.
Can not fill it now (lockdown).
