Go for it! Talk to the dive op and let them know your plans. If they don't agree then move on to the next one and maybe do a private charter.
Just don't make the mistake of comparing kicks or bp/w and jacket bc while nekkid. There are only one correct answer for those in some groups. I'm pretty sure the GUE and DIR crowd wouldn't agree since you wouldn't have any visible pockets.

Our marine life have to deal with global warming, pollution, drag net fishing, plastic accumulating in the water, toxic run-off..... and now you want to subject them to this.

When researching just be careful about googling nude scuba, naked scuba, or nekkid scuba. The images may just lower your own opinion of your "gear"

If you are fine with solo or find an open minded buddy there is no requirement that you have to keep your Speedo on the whole dive. That solves the problem of offending people on the beach.
