Just hit my 100th dive—besides diving, what’s next for skill development?

As someone in the "other" Carolina and with 100 dives, I'll add a vote for Rescue, and I did mine in Bluestone quarry. It's both valuable and extremely fun in my opinion, and you get some concrete skills (rescue) and also a god chance to "debug" your technique since you're having to deal with an emergency scenario and deploy rescue skills, which is significantly harder if you struggle with basic things like buoyancy, comfort in the water, unsorted gear, etc. You could really tell during the course who was "sorted" and who wasn't, and there were a surprising number of people with less than 10 dives taking rescue and just getting overloaded.

My ultimate goal is U352, but I have a ways to get there, starting with hitting an NC charter and getting a feel for what I'm missing but I have vague plans of Nav -> Intro to Tech -> Advanced Nitrox.
