@Dan is that seriously a nitrox band on your spare air or is it meant as a joke? Not familiar with spare air.

Until I get a buddy I greatly trust I should dive with my 12.5 pound pony 19 cu ft AL. It will be good practice for the solo course I plan to take this summer.

Unless I'm at Blue Heron Bridge or some other 20 foot dive I should take my pony.

Why mention the weight of your AL19?

I was wondering that myself.

I would think if you're filling the spare air from your own tank and diving nitrox the label would be required.....

As for the original question, I would be ok doing cesa from 30-40' max, since while snorkeling I've gone to 40' many times. Any deeper I've usually got my pony on!

I'm confident I could do a CESA from pretty much any depth I usually dive to. I've recently swam 50m underwater in a pool. But I would attempt to grab my buddy's alternate as my first option.

got a 6 minutes of DECO that I needed to clear my SUUNTO D4 at 10 feet depth to prevent it from locking out.

And I thought DECO time was to prevent the diver from getting Decompression Illness. If DECO time is only to prevent my computer from locking out I can skip it and use a different computer on my next dive. :poke:

Yep, I replaced it with Shearwater Teric. Problem solved.

If a pony weighed nothing they would be a lot more popular. Surely Marie13 I have read you have joint problems making scuba challenging. I am not immune to those issues either and I want the lightest but still effective pony I can carry.
