Melgar is dead. 30th and 65th are somewhat busy. People are prepping, I think. The last few days we saw several restaurants that looked like they had tables available but only ate at two. People seem a little disbelieving about the seriousness and ready for a change.
Yes. Pretty much everywhere else, too. The rate of change of increase seems to be slowing, though. I believe the canceling of large gatherings of people in close quarters (concerts, sporting events, etc.) had a lot to do with that; in those environments a single person carrying the virus can infect a whole lot of others.Aren't the number of cases and deaths still increasing in Mexico?
How much prepping neds to be done?

I haven't went thru the whole certification thing cause I technically don't have to but the few things:
Educate the employees
Supposed to be providing hand sanitizer
Each business is supposed to have some plan as to how often they clean things
I've heard a bit on the diving, how you'll seat people, maintain equipment (I'll say the one example I seen is OMG bs, bagging regulators, your own wash bucket.... it wasn't any certain dive op that I seen this at, it was someones recommendation).
I guess what I'm getting at is all that and anything else I can think of sounds like it could be covered in a few hours so I'm not seeing staff working for a week to get things ready. I didn't mean dive shops in particular.
Wow! What happened? I guess that they'll salvage it quickly and not leave if for diving. The pirate ship sunk in the harbor last night.
