I would recommend everybody not to buy this computer.
Mine has problems with the pressure sensor. Now I am waiting over six weeks (!) for the computer to return from repair...
Horrible after sales!

I would not recommend everybody to buy an iphone or chevrolet since had problems with both from day purchased,
can you sense the analogy ? there is absolutely no product that can't fail either new or used, if any manufacturer will tell you
that I would not buy the product at the first place.

Now every manufacturer will have different policies and also every local distributor different procedures, since you are writing on US based forum being from Netherlands I will tell you for example that TecDiveGear.com as an Americas xDeep Distributor offers free rental unit for customers having any issues for as long as their unit needs to be repaired, please contact your local distributor and ask for same service if you need one to continue to dive.

I'm sorry that you are the one experiencing minor issues but I'm confident that manufacturer is doing everything they can to return your unit to you
asap.

Doesn't sound like he's having minor issues .
I also don't think he's "the one" but rather "one of many." Bad support just ices the cake and makes his stance extra valid. If you screw up, be as aggressive as possible about fixing it. Competitors have been known to ship loaner units for free while the unit is in repair and ship back with next day shipping.

Of course every product can fail. I am talking about horrible after sales, not from my dealer (I have a rental unit) but from xdeep genz or what ever. I also have an iPhone and had problems with it (to help with your analogy), but the problems where fixed within 30 minutes by giving me a new phone!

My unit was sent to Poland (where the main office of the company is located). Since there are also a lot of European customers, sharing my experience would be useful.

Maybe they need to try harder...

And as a dealer you have a vested interest where?

leviathan, you should message Piotr directly on the Facebook page for Genz Black at https://www.facebook.com/groups/XDEEPBT/ or email him at biuro@xdeep.pl to ask him about getting your unit back as quickly as possible. I don't think he or anyone from Genz in Poland monitors this thread, but they are on their fb page very regularly.
