I have ordered maybe $1,000 or so worth of gear from Leisurepro during the years and never had any problem. If something is out of stock when you order it they will honor the price when it is in stock. Also your credit card will not be billed until it is shipped. If they do not have the old it then, as others mentioned, you get a newer item at the same price.

I remember they had a sale on AIR2s for about $150. When I hit the page they were Out of Stock. However, they let you sign up for a notification of when they were back in stock, so I signed up. About 3 months later they notified me that they were back in stock. I figured that they'd bumped the price back up to $220. Nope. It was $150 for about a month thereafter. I assume they had wanted to 'honor' their sale for those who had missed out. That's good stuff in my book. Leisure Pro has been nothing but class with me.

Hey there everybody, sorry I haven't been able to respond personally! While we're closed for certain holidays (http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/ge...o-will-closed-march-25-through-april-2-a.html), I'm unable to post. We're still closed, but I have a couple of days where I can post, so here I am :)

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what exactly is going on with the BCD in question. Back on the 1st, I was told it was the special of the month, so I posted as such across our various social media accounts. When we were prepping for our holiday closure, I asked about the weekly special for the duration and was told we were going to have two super-special promos (Churchill by Bladefish Pool Jet 86000 & 45 inch Dive Signal Tube with Inflator) but wasn't told and didn't think to ask if one or both would replace the monthly special since I thought we were discussing the weekly special.

For anyone interested in the BCD, I'd suggest emailing info@leisurepro.com explaining that you wanted it on the monthly special, but the price was changed before you could order it. I can't speak for my manager, but he's very reasonable and I'd hope he'd honor any requests that were dated in March.

If anyone has any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Tomorrow I'm available, then due to our closure I won't be available again until Wednesday the 3rd.

I've been able to get in 6 whole dives this last week, hopefully you're all able to do the same!

PS: A big, huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped out on this thread. When I first started at LeisurePro a few years back, our holiday closures scared me because there weren't so many people willing to come to our defense when we made mistakes and I was unable to respond for so many days. Hopefully this means we're constantly getting better :)

You are a good person and a member of a good business.

A true story. I was going to sell a Sherwood Magnum regulator to a member on SB. The set was rebuilt when I bought it (but stored for a few years) and it should have worked. it did not, there was an IP swing and the first stage would not lock up. I told the buyer I would not sell it in that condition. I gave him a few websites to look at and he bought one from Leisurepro. I emailed him when I got a special offer from LP on the regulator that was lower than the price he paid. He contacted LP and they gave him a credit immediately without any trouble. LP is very reputable any links to different prices are probably a mistake. Rather than post a complaint the OP should have called LP or sent them an email. My experience is they always honor a price.

Did anyone else see the leisurepro facebook add for the Aeris 5 Oceans BCD for $199.00? It wasn't up long and when you click the link it went to Leisurepro's page listing the BCD for $349.95. Thats just wrong! If you're gonna ad for it, DO IT! Needless to say, they won't be getting any more of my business and I will discourage anyone else I can speak to. In Arkansas that's bait and switch...and it's illegal.

I have had them send me emails about specials and all worked when I clicked on the shortcut. They send emails to prior customers. the web site only shows their listed price. Dolphin Scuba does the same thing, in fact once when to shortcut did not work and I called, they gave me an additional 10% off.

Dude... that plate looks homemade and well made.

Okay, now that we're all back in the office, I have an update:

The monthly special was for the BCD with the red trim and stipulated "while supplies last". Supplies lasted until the day after we closed for our break, so technically the offer was no longer eligible. The BCD with the blue trim is $349.95.

However, anyone who would like the BCD with blue trim can get it for the $199 promotional price by calling in (888-805-3600) or emailing info@leisurepro.com, but you have to do it by Sunday April 7.

So: great BCD, great price, extended expiration, different color...sound okay?

(red looks brown at depth, so I'd prefer blue trim anyway  )

I know this is old, but for future reference...

Call them, someone did not update the price on the page. Whenever I had to call to check on something and then buy it, they gave me a better deal. They will wheel and deal too, so if you are shopping....

I ordered two VT3 and they sent me vt4 at the vt3 price.. Saved $600..I would say that's good business and a kick ass deal !
Made another order over the phone... Discounted without even telling me.. Another couple hundred saved.. Good on them !

Just make sure your receipt is what you ordered.

My receipt says vt3. They sent me vt4.

I have an issue with my transmitter, now I have to run around and have them send me a proper invoice for warranty.
