The MSR Dromedary is a time tested way of making sidemount bladders on the cheap. The 10L offers more than enough lift for neutral cylinders.
Looked into them. I don't like their shape and they don't seem adjustable. Also how would I insert dump valve and inflator hose. I definitely stick to my pvc glued wings

Hi
To insert a dump valve, you just cut a hole and that's it.
For the inflator hose, you can buy a special connector at Tecme witch goes on the opening or just cut-glue-epoxy-connect the inflator on the lid. Easy.
But of course, you must use it as just an extra BCD, the main BCD being your lungs :)

Amazing! SO happy more people than I knew are making their own gear!
How did you connect dump valve and inflator to the bag?
To connect the Dump Valve and the inflator to the bladder I've used a flange that was ussualy sold by DiveGearExpress, but it's no longer listed.
You can find a similar DV + flange in AliExpress :

The same flange can be used for the inflator.
