What's that saying? Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger? Surely that must be your trainers motto! :) Keep up the good work Almighty!

As for me- the gym is under renovations this week, so I am going to have to get more creative with workouts. I have some DVD workouts, so I am going to do them on the days I don't get back to the city early enough to go and swim, or workout at another facility. For now, I've just finished "Yoga Booty Ballet". Keeping the curtains closed so that the neighbors aren't "treated" to a show ... :rofl3: I am a pretty good dancer, but learning something like that can be quite a task. :)

30 minutes of cardio with 5 minutes which includes breathing exercises and cool down. Really gets your heart moving on the cardio bits.

Hey, how do you like that "Yoga Booty Ballet"? I was considering trying that out. I love the gym, but it gets boring if that is the only place you workout, so I do DVD's as well. For now I am hooked on "Turbo Jam" and "Tae Bo". I also have "The Firm" workouts, they work great, but are not as 'fun' as the others.

I did an hour of Turbo Jam yesterday, and 1 1/2 hours of cardio/strength training at the gym today.

YBB is great - I like it, Aubie. The only complaint that I might have is that I wish it was a bit longer. However, I recently read that doing 2 30-minute workout sessions (with a 20 minute intermission) is better than doing 1 hour continuously. Anyhow, it is great - high energy with pretty normal people doing it. Somewhat easy to follow - although I am sure that it will be easier as I do it more.....

6.15am session completed :multi:

yesterday i only walked around Bunnings for an hour looking for a thingy-me-bob so claiming that ;)

i noticed on my situps that im actually getting my shoulders OFF the ground!

Thanks! I will definately consider buying "YBB" when I get bored with my current DVD's. I heard it's good to change things every once in a while to keep your body "guessing".

I did 45 min of Turbo Jam.

I did 45 min of Turbo Jam.

Those are both awesome accomplishments!! Huzzah.

I just finished a half-hearted attempt at YBB. Did fine, just my heart wasn't in it. Frustrating since I was at work and really looking forward to working out when I got home. However, the task of getting home took a bit of the wind out of my sails. Regardless, I got a workout in and that's all that matters (Pats herself on the back) :D

Well, I'm back in the exercise boat. Just did 60 minute cardio and thats about it. Tomorrow hopefully will do more. I'm also fasting too, tomorrow is Ash Wednesday.

Sorry I've not been around for a few days.
Monday I did an hour of cardio, 30 minutes of ab work, and an hour of dance class.
Tuesday was an hour of weights with bursts of cardio to get the heartrate up.
I'm off to the gym for an hour of cardio!

Forgot to sign in yesterday. Did a nice long hike along Land's End here in San Francisco. Unfortunately, I didn't maintain a constant heart rate as I brought my camera along.
