Good job everyone!

Although I haven't checked in in awhile, I am still maiking steady progress.

6 days a week of 30 to 60 minute cardio and 5 days a week of sculpting and weights (hand weights up to 15lbs). Lunges, squats and high box step ups are killers...but they work!!!

I bought some videos that are GREAT...called The Firm. They've been around for 25 years and they WORK! I have the Cardioweight system (comes with four work-outs and a set of hand weights) and the Transfirmer System (comes with three videos and a stackable step that adjusts from 8" to 14" high and also inclines to use as a benach. These are FUN and challenging work-outs. I burn an average of 500 to 600 caloroes per work-out.

Target and Amazon both carry the FIRM products (a Gaiam company) and Wal-Mart sells some of the videos as well without the accessories. Or you can order directly from The Best Aerobic Activities and Workout Routines Combined for Total Fitness

Yesssssss! I love the Firm workouts, except I like the 'transfirmer' ones with the 'fanny lifter', adn the one with the bar, not the newest ones(the non-step ones), they are kind of annoying and repetitive. :(

Sorry, it is a workout called 'Turbo Jam'. I am glad I was not eating jelly for an hour! BTW, I like your new picture :)

Just to confuse you . . . If our jelly (clear sugary jelled fruit juices - often spread on bread) is your jam, what is our jam (sugary, not necessarily jelled, gooey fruit pieces and parts- often spread on bread) called? :wavey:

I've stayed quiet long enough on this one.

I dropped 23kg since January 1. Thats 50lbs in ye olde imperial! Diet and exercise. Nothing else. 45 minutes daily in the gym - and lotsa veggies. 5kg to go....
