still not walking but i spent over an hour tonight weeding in the garden so all the bending and up and down and up and down and bending is my claim for todays exercise
 
6 miles on the bike and arms & abs....Pulled a muscle in my neck so kinda half-hearted arms.....
 
3 rounds at the park (I pretty much had to drag the dog through the grass the last 1/2 round) and some arm work. About an hour all together.

I'm back on the wagon.

Almity, bending totally counts. Weeding is Gods way of forcing us to choose between exercise and losing our homes to the woods.

Early morning meeting started my day of appointments...and an evening in airports will keep me from working out today...but I'm back in the 'Burg tomorrow...so I've got an aerobics class on the brain.
 
I need to start working abs. I had an umbilical hernia repair about 5 years ago that involed a 12" cut. I have been worried about the mesh they put in and have not worked abs as much as I should.

OUCH!

I will tell you, the Crunch "Ab Attack" video is mostly standing oblique crunches. Meaning it works the sides of your abdomen. It does do some actual sit-up style crunches. But the main focus is on the "cuts." The sides. It requires some balance- but you can use a chair. I think it's a good workout.

I'd check with your doctor first. Wouldn't want to split anything open... that would suck!
 
Missed the work out again tonight...just too many things going on. If life could just slow down a bit, I'd be able to catch up and chill out for a minute
 
Same thing as usual. Just working the cardio and whatever. :)
