zoop upload failure

Hope this isn't just a rehash, but I haven't been here much. My Zoops data can't be uploaded to my Mac, even though 2015 and prior dives are there. It seems like the thread died in 2015, along with my ability to upload. My wife and I are currently just using the Zoops as backup computers to our Aladin tec-3s, but it would be nice to be able to access the data and print it. Has Suunto given up on fixing the DM5 issues?

Try Subsurface (free dive log) ported to work on Mac, Windoze or Linux.
I have downloaded Zoop, Vyper and Vyper Air all work on Subsurface.

It might even work on your Uwatec Aladin.
