I think there is a shore-based cleanup at Two Harbors...

I will be picking up trash here on the mainland, so have fun for me!

Okay, ferry booked for me and my honey. 6:15am. Gave a last ditch effort this weekend to convince Pasley and ScotM to join us, but no luck.

Anyway, I think I have everything packed...Let's see, weights. Yup, got my weights.

Oh, and I'd better check to see if I have my weights.

Also, someone remind me to bring my weights, okay? :bonk:

Hey Jim, don't forget your weights bro.............

Hey Jim, didn't we discuss the use of "honey" in a prior post??? Don't forget your weights either. Have fun.

By the way, when I was in Catalina a few weeks ago I found a laminated card for sale at the filling station near the Casino that maps the Dive Park, including depths, landmarks, etc., and on the back has a fish identifier. It was around $6-7 I think. Later on I also saw them for sale at Sport Chalet. I'll bring mine in case anyone's interested.

Well, my trip to Grand Cayman is a no-go, so I will be in town this weekend and would live to dive CP, having never done it before.

How many dives are you guys planning on doing and what ferry are the Long Beach guys coming back on? I assume there would be no problem getting on the 6:15 out of LB with you guys?

I just called to reserve two spots on the 6:15. No problem. Based on past experience you could probably just walk on, no reservations. I'm booked to return on the 2:05 pm, but that's only because my uh, lemme see, "companion" won't be diving. I'll be doing at least two dives.

Today, I'm going to book the ferry out at 6:15.

Do you have to book the "return time" upon making the reservation?

If so, what time are you all planning on coming back? I'm up for the after dive festivities.

Christian

I'd book a return trip ASAP, since the later return ferries get filled.

You guys better book the Ferry now, I could only get a return time on Sunday at 9:45am, everything else is sold out..........I'll be arriving on Friday night around 7:30pm, so anyone else who want to go have a few drinks/dinner let me know.
