Indiegogo support has been 'on' this supposedly - even sending them an explanation that this is breaking multiple laws of physics & engineering there's no response aside from 'ok' out of them. Now it's up to almost $600k and looks like the sky's the limit. Maybe I should put up a smaller unit with no depth limit and see what happens!

I tried to call them out "respectfully" on their Facebook page but posts must be approved. I did share the scam today with all my friends as I recall seeing a couple people share a marketing link a couple months ago.

Apparently there's quite an increase in crowd funding scams, which makes sense. Easy way to steal people's money. Why should the crowd funding site care as long as it doesn't get out of hand... They're getting their cut of the scam.

I'll bet you'll see more of that. The latest victim appears to have realized he's been scammed. I don't think you can post unless you've contributed.

Since you can not disclose the “patent pending” technology, make a video that is 45 minutes long with your iphone and a guy in the pool using your tritton product. Takes 60 minutes tops. Use your iphone, video record, upload onto youtube. I just want to be sure this is real, not wait until December 2016 only to hear in an update it will be delayed another 4 months, far from reach from a charge back if this product does not deliver as promised or at all.

BTW, a patent/patent application and trademark search turns up nothing. One of the reasons why they can't answer specific questions... Right. Except patents are designed to make your idea/design public and known so others don't copy it for profit and to provide you with the ability to take legal action against someone who does.
