Wow, that seems really warm for that depth. How about vis?
Has the lake started to turn over yet?

Vis on the LCRA side of WP was great from about 70'-130'. It really starts deteriorating quickly after that though. We turned our dive at 145 for reasons other than vis this past Sunday, but my guess is we would have turned it not far after that anyway.

Not sure if the lake is starting to turn or not, what would indicate that it is?

:crafty: I think it has to do with strange compass headings.......:mooner:

PS--- In the fall, the warm surface layer cools and sinks. When it sinks, it stirs up all the lake water. The lake becomes cooler. It's called "turning over." Turn overs add oxygen to water at the bottom of the lake.
