Pishing in wet-suits is wrong !! There's nothing worse than having some dirty b*****d come and sit next to you stinking of his own pish while you're trying to enjoy your lunch on the boat !!! I'm lucky enough to be able to dive in boardies and, thus, to pish to my heart's content without stinking the boat out !! :D

My point there IS something worse... being dehydrated (and possibly bent due to this) is much worse. I would rather drink lots of water and pee in my suit. It rinses out, so what.

There are several things concerning peeing in your wet suit. One is to never consume asparagas the day befrore. Phew! Been there, done that. In my instance, peeing in my wetsuit brings on a warm and fuzzy feeling and sort of makes me remember how it was to be horny, like I'm getting by with something. You know the feeling, like when you were a teener and you and a girl were contemplating doing something illegal under the bleachers. Maybe I'm a sex pervert but that's how it is. Also, I've tried peeing at various depths. I'm actually a journeyman pee'er since I can pee at up to 120 feet (deepest I've dove), while finning along, without missing a beat. If you can't do that, you haven't earned the tag of diver. I agree with some others that you can regulate your hydration by how many times you pee on each dive. I average about 4, then drink at least a 32 oz Gatorade right after each dive.

do it easy:
I mostly dive dry with a p-valve, so I have the best of both worlds- I can stay hydrated and I don't have to marinate in my own :censored:
Me too, except for that one time the hose was kinked. :lotsalove:

Just remember not to do it when you are wearing a drysuit... :11: :11: :11:

Whys that? Still has the same purpose.. But your really hardcore if you do another dive after that one in your thermals..:mooner:

I did 1:24 at 75 feet this past week at Palancar Gardens in Cozumel. I think I peed four times during that dive.

Dang, a 1 minute 24 second pee at Palancar is pretty good. Beats my time. :D

You can still be hydrated and not need to pish during a dive - go before you suit up. You still stink of pish after you've taken the suit off and not everyone is courteous enough to rinse.

Would you pee in your bath water while you're still soaking?

No, but in the bath I have the option of getting out and hitting the toilet. I don't have that option during a dive. I think this is a poor analogy.

You took my analogy out of context. :no

I was replying to it being sterile.

If you haven't figured it out from my handle, I am not young buck. If I drink enough, either I pee or cut my dives short for a potty run. It a no brainer for me. Don't worry, you will get older and have to pee more often eventually, it happens to most of us.
