No need. If the valve is turned off when you go in and the tank is not leaking obviously, you do not have to monitor the pressure. If something happened and you have to go to the bailout, you would be surfacing in a timely manner and you can easily pull the one pin it takes to disconnect the pony and look at the screw in gauge. Something new to practice.
 
oh! I was not getting it! Got it.. slow on the uptake, I see now. Yea, that would be a fun "drill". I can see the fun in that. You gonna just clip that double strobed anchor off?
