Could anyone consider a selfish reason for me to post this. I'm telling my own customers to stay away!

Is that because Aldora is already booked up for this January? That actually was the first thing that came to mind when I read your #1 post.
Christi pointed out the days when the port has been closed in January, for the last 5 years. That really doesn't jive with you trying to dissuade people from diving Coz during this time period. Sure, some people have had bad experiences but with such a limited number of closures, it can't be that many. I've never missed a January dive due to poor conditions. December is irrelevant... because... YOU started this thread and the topic is January.... Well, up until the point where Christi dropped some facts, and then you jumped to December.
I've never met you, and have only dove with Aldora a handful of times (mostly good experiences, with the exception of everyone having to come up together based upon the weakest breathing link), but some of the posts you've made in the last few years come across (at least to me) as having an agenda = obviously promoting your business, while subtly belittling other Ops on the Island. That is fine if it stays within SB's rules, but a thread like this just doesn't come across as very altruistic, especially when you look at actual port closures... and then you making comments about Christi (and other smaller operations) having to "sit on the beach" while your operation has the ability to dive the other side.. With "2 boats", and "complete safety gear"... As if other 'lesser' Ops aren't equipped with "complete safety gear"... Condescending much?
Nothing new, of course.. Sort of reminds me of the thread you started about the "Sleaze in Cozumel" = your thoughts on other dive Ops back in 2012.
