I went out with Horizon a few weeks ago and I am going out again with them in June. As I recall, they were cheaper than any of these other boats you're mentioning.
Who would you dive with in Key Largo ???

I highly recommend this operation, if you like a small boat. He (Captain Jeff Jarvis) gets you out to the good sites before the crowds and has you back in time for lunch. My BC knife managed to detach itself from me on my first dive of the week. The next morning, Jeff gave me a replacement, no charge and gently used.
