I haven't done a dive with RR in seven years, but I will be diving with them again in a few weeks.
My past experience with them was mixed and depended on the guide in the water. On one of my first dives after getting certified I was going through my air so fast that I was down to 500 after about a half hour. I decided to follow the group from close to the surface. The guide kept on signaling me to come back down, and I signaled that I was low on air, but they kept trying to get me to go back down. Then, back on the boat they angrily told me that I should have gone back down, even after I showed them how low on air I was.
One or two other dives on a different trip the guides seemed to want to run a marathon, whereas my preference is to go slow and look at stuff.
On the other hand, I have had a number of positive experiences with them, and that is why I decided to go with them on this upcoming trip. In general the rest of their operation is good and I have had some really good guides.
