SSanta Ana winds mean usually Better viz then normal, usualy it is really flat out with little waves. Last two dives i did after Santa Ana winds i had bout 20-25ft viz shore diving up in the Santa Barbra areas and Down in Malibu

Thats great to hear I know with surfing it means usually theres lil to no chop, and the waves get held up from breaking by the wind a bit. Thanks E!

The swell and surf have been down for most of the week....on Saturday, they're predicting less than 1 foot swell and a no surf (flat), so with the Santa Ana winds, I think the conditions should be really great on Saturday!

I don't think there's been any definite plans set yet, so unless others have preferences, I think it would be best to time it so that we can get out at or close to high tide, which is at 9:32am. I'm open for other suggestions as well....but definitely want to make this dive!

Yea i dont think i have met you yet...... I might be a little latter then 7:30 only because i dont have GPS and will most likely get lost
